You’ll press letter stamps into clay to spell out whatever your heart desires — sweet, spicy, or a little unhinged. The workshop will be taught by one of our excellent Dirtbag teachers, so you’ll be guided every step of the way.

Unlimited wine and treats while supplies last.

At the end of class, you’ll choose your glaze, and we’ll take care of the firing. Your finished piece will be ready for pickup in 2–3 weeks.

Reading Rhythms is a series of welcoming reading parties designed to make it easy for people to gather and read socially. We invite you to bring any book you want and facilitate silent reading periods, as well as 1-on-1 breakouts, and group discussions to pull on the threads of the books that everyone is engaging with.

All levels welcome, in this button party edition of stitch club, we'll go over the basics of sewing on buttons and leave you to follow your creative whims— designing custom motifs, turning any garment into a whimsical piece of art.

Bamboo symbolizes strength, flexibility, and resilience in Chinese culture, making it a foundational subject for beginners in Chinese painting. In this hands-on workshop, our skilled instructor will guide you through the essential techniques of using brush and ink to depict bamboo branches, leaves, and stalks. By mastering bamboo painting, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of brush control and the flow of ink, which are critical skills in Chinese painting.

All materials are provided (including brush, ink, and xuan paper). Suitable for all skill levels. You’ll take home your own hand-painted bamboo masterpiece at the end of the session!

​Following its debut at the Princeton School of Architecture (SoA), The House Transformed presents new ideas for domestic architecture. Featuring participants from local and global contexts, the exhibition rejects conventional notions of nuclear family and a “one-size-fits-all” approach to the house. These models and drawings explore alternative concepts for collective living, multigenerational households, and caregiving.

​Bring a book that’s brought you joy to pass along. Most guests leave with three to four new reads, plus fresh recommendations and new connections.

​We’ll have the entire bar to ourselves for a vibrant night of swapping books, sipping drinks, and celebrating Black community through reading.

​​Learn how to crochet in this hands-on beginner friendly crochet class taught by Brooklyn-based duo, Hot Knot. During this class, you will learn how to make your own pair of fingerless gloves so you can stay warm all winter.

​Delve into the expansive and colorful world of natural dyes at this beginner friendly botanical dyeing workshop. We'll turn flowers!! and other botanicals into stunning, one of a kind bandanas.

​You'll learn everything you need to know about the 'eco printing'/ 'bundle dye' method, where we'll use pressure and steam to directly print the dye material onto our pieces, crating beautiful abstract motifs.
