What Clings is an immersive, interactive exhibition about exploring a past we can never fully return to, offering evidence that collective making is still possible, and opening a portal back to our childhood

More than a solo exhibition, it features works from 150+ community members who gathered for birthdays, water balloon fights, pop-up cafés, cemetery walks, and improvised dance routines between March and September 2025.

A Brooklyn institution, The Annual Atlantic Antic, produced by the Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corporation, is the oldest and largest street festival in Brooklyn and a joyful experience, looked forward to by residents of Brooklyn and beyond each year.

Some of the highlights you are likely to enjoy include a kids’ block with pony rides, bounce houses, face painting and circus performers; tastings from the many diverse Atlantic Avenue restaurants; and offerings from the Avenue’s fashion, craft, home and other shops that make Atlantic Avenue so special.  All this combined with the display of a multitude of vendors with quality crafts, fashion and more from around the world and delicacies to satisfy every palate.

Cake Picnic is coming to NYC on November 8th and the only rule is No Cake, No Entry! At Cake Picnic you’ll be given a time slot to fill a box with slices of cakes by 100s of other New Yorkers. You don’t want to miss this sweet event!

Journey from Italy to Mali as we celebrate the opening of Monet and Venice and Seydou Keïta: A Tactile Lens. This special evening features live music, artist activations, and late-night access to the galleries.

Don’t miss DJ sets by Amber Valentine and Sabine Blaizin, music by kora player Mahrïama-SpicyKhasso, and dance and drum performances presented in partnership with the Cumbe Center for African and Diaspora Dance. The lineup also includes drag artist Dollar Slice and soprano Kristin Renee Young accompanied by Julius Abrahams.
