The season begins with our delicate English lavender, blooming in mid-June. The first bloom showcases a breathtaking paletteâwhite, pale blue, pink, soft lilac and deep purple. With over 20 varieties, English lavender usually grows to two feet tall, though some stretch even higher. This is when we begin our first harvest, gathering fresh and dried bundles at peak bloom.
For the most spectacular display, plan your visit for early July. This is when our French lavender fields reach their peak, covering the landscape in purpleâthe iconic lavender fields of Provence, right here at home. This is our peak bloom, the moment when the fields are at their most breathtaking.
